How do I log a dose?

From the Dashboard, tap the "Log Dose" button. Select the dose amount, injection site, and add any optional notes. Tap "Save" to record your dose.

How do I change my medication?

Go to Settings > Protocol > Edit Protocol. You can change your medication, dose schedule, and other settings there.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data. You can also email [email protected] to request deletion.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Export Data to download a copy of all your information.
